The Role We're seeking a Material Coordinator / Building Zar / Team Assistant (MCBZTA) to join our growing team. This is a diverse, hands-on role where you'll be responsible for keeping projects running smoothly—from managing materials and maintaining our showroom, to assisting in the field with renovation projects. You'll be an essential part of creating the professional, polished experience our clients expect.

What You'll Do Material Coordination:

Receive, inspect, organize, and deliver materials to job sites. Track inventory and maintain warehouse organization.

Building Zar:

Ensure our showroom and facilities always present at their best—inside and out. Handle upkeep, cleanliness, and minor tool/shop maintenance.

Team Assistant:

Support project teams on-site with general labor and journeyman-level tasks.

Ownership:

Take initiative in your responsibilities—leading with organization, problem-solving, and accountability. What We're Looking For Valid driver's license & reliable transportation (ability to pull/operate dump trailer required) Strong organizational skills & attention to detail Basic renovation knowledge (carpentry, electrical, plumbing preferred) Ability to lift/move 50 lbs regularly Positive attitude, punctual, and professional appearance Comfort with technology Able to drive a F350 with a 16' dump trailer Why Join RMT?
