ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Ability to safely operate an overhead crane with chains
• Ability to safely operate tow motor
• Ability to fill out paperwork, record transactions, review packing slips & bill of ladings Ability to prepare finished product for shipment by identifying, pulling, staging, packing, crating, loading and securing product
• Understand and use basic math and a tape measure
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift at least 50 pounds
• Move and store a variety of materials, parts or products, check identification, report shortages or damaged materials.
• Use forklifts and pallet jacks as necessary to move and position parts and materials; use care to lift and balance loads properly; operate equipment in a safe manner.
• Exercise proper care in the use of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Detect and report faulty equipment, defective material, improper operations, and unusual conditions to supervision
• Observe all prescribed safety rules and regulations and maintain work area in a neat and orderly condition
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Qualifications
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Warehouse Experience:

1 year (Preferred)

• Ability to work in outdoor environments

Forklift:

1 year (Preferred)

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of forklift experience. Forklift Certification preferred.
• At least one year of related experience working within a material and/or logistics environment.
• Previous experience reading and following instructions, utilizing basic math and a tape measure.
• Previous experience working in outdoor environments lifting 50 pounds as needed.
