3rd Shift Material Handler / Burn Off Associate Reifel Industries Inc. is an
ISO 9001
2015 registered custom e-coating facility located in Pioneer, Ohio. We provide full and partial e-coating, dip-spin painting, and zinc plating services throughout the Midwest, especially Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Load and Unload E-Coat Racks
  • Safely load and unload e-coat racks from the burn-off oven and operate the powerwasher to clean racks and equipment as required.
Forklift / Material
Handling
  • Safely operate a forklift when trained and authorized; move, load, unload, stage, and organize racks, parts, pallets, containers, and materials throughout the facility. Final Inspection & Shipping Backup
  • Serve as backup to Final Inspection and Shipping by assisting with inspection, packaging, staging, loading, unloading, and other duties as needed. Operate Blasters
  • Safely operate abrasive blasting equipment to prepare parts for further processing while following required procedures and PPE requirements. Production Support
  • Assist other departments during downtime or as production needs require.
Perform additional tasks as trained and directed by the Supervisor or Manager. Qualifications & Requirements Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to follow safety rules, procedures, and required PPE requirements. Reliable transportation. Ability to read and understand written instructions. Basic computer literacy. Self-motivated with strong attention to detail. Adaptable to changes in production needs. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical work. Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, push, and pull. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds repetitively and occasionally lift or move 50 pounds or more. Ability to safely lift or position racks overhead when required. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and participate in random drug testing in accordance with company policy. Physical Requirements This position is physically demanding. Employees may be required to stand for up to 100% of the shift and frequently use their hands and fingers to handle parts and materials. The position requires repetitive reaching, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, lifting, and other physical movements. Employees must be able to safely perform these essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
