Warehouse Specialist -

As a Warehouse Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely receipt, selection, and delivery of products to our customers. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely receipt, selection, and delivery of products.
• Safely handle shipments and inventory using pallet jacks and RF scanners.
• Follow safe practices and standard work procedures at all times.
• Pick and package items for small parcel carriers with high accuracy.
• Participate in inventory control and cycle counting.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and organized warehouse.
• Perform various warehouse functions throughout the day.
• Stand and move for 8 to 10 hours daily.
• Work day shifts Monday - Friday, with occasional Saturdays based on business needs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math skills - addition, subtraction, multiplication.
• 1 year of warehouse experience (preferred).
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Must pass a background check.

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per week
