Bilingual Overnight Warehouse Selector - $18/

Ravenna, OH Pay:
$18.00/hour
Schedule:
Overnight |
Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday Days Off:
Monday, Wednesday & Saturdays Hours:
40-55 hours per week, with overtime as needed About the Position We are currently seeking an experienced Bilingual Warehouse Selector to join our team in Ravenna, OH. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous warehouse experience who is looking to grow within a company and potentially take on responsibilities as the Warehouse Lead. The ideal candidate will be dependable, hardworking, experienced in a warehouse environment, and able to effectively communicate with both supervisors and managers. Responsibilities Select and prepare products accurately and efficiently for shipment Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and company safety procedures Work effectively in a cold warehouse environment Communicate clearly with supervisors, managers, and team members Assist with maintaining an organized and productive work environment Follow all company policies and procedures Take on additional responsibilities as needed, with the opportunity to grow into a Lead position Requirements Fluent in both English and Spanish - REQUIRED Previous warehouse experience preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work in a cold environment Ability to follow GMP practices and safety procedures Willingness to work overtime as needed Ability to work the required overnight schedule Why Join Us? $18.00/hour starting pay Consistent overnight schedule 40-55 hours per week on average Overtime opportunities Great opportunity for advancement Potential opportunity to move into a Lead role Opportunity to build your career in a growing warehouse operation Interested?
