What You'll Do As a Warehouse Associate, New Goods, you help make sure new merchandise moves smoothly from delivery to our retail stores. You'll play a key role in meeting daily and weekly goals for accuracy, speed, and quality. You will: Receive and unpack new merchandise shipments Check items against packing slips to make sure counts and details are correct Inspect products for damage or defects and flag issues right away Label, stage, and organize merchandise using clear standards Use scanners, computers, and Excel logs to track inventory accurately Keep your work area clean, safe, and well organized Work closely with teammates and store partners to meet shared goals This is a hands-on role where accuracy, focus, and follow-through matter. What Helps You Succeed Here You'll do well in this role if you: Enjoy meeting productivity and accuracy goals (KPIs) Pay close attention to details and take pride in doing things right Can stay focused while juggling multiple tasks Are comfortable using basic technology (scanners, computers, Excel) Communicate clearly and work well with others Take ownership of your work and show up ready to contribute Warehouse, fulfillment, or inventory experience is a plus—but not required.
