What you'll do Operate and maintain sewing machine equipment. Follow manufacturers procedures and guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications. Basic qualifications Proficiency in operating sewing machines and performing basic sewing tasks. Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management practices. Preferred qualifications Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration. Sewing experience a plus. All manufacturing jobs are union and part of the United Steel Workers Association. Hours of work are 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Overtime when needed. No phone calls, please. We are looking for people who are serious about applying for this job.
