$18.50-21 per hour. Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced logistics operation! In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, preparing shipments, and supporting daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth distribution processes. Responsibilities Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments using RF scanners and pallet jacks to ensure accuracy and condition. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, utilizing order picker equipment and inventory management software. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels through data entry into warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment, shipping & receiving, and stock replenishment. Conduct regular inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and update stock information to support effective warehouse operations. Qualifications Prior experience in a warehouse environment or distribution center is highly preferred. Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and Microsoft Office applications. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for data entry and stock management. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety protocols.
