Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping and receiving processes. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse management systems and safety protocols to maintain a productive work environment. Responsibilities Assist in the daily operations of the distribution center, ensuring timely processing of stock and inventory. Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying incoming shipments and preparing outgoing orders. Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely. Maintain accurate inventory control by conducting regular stock counts and updating records as necessary. Support order fulfillment processes by picking, packing, and preparing products for delivery. Adhere to OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve overall efficiency within the warehouse. Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred but not required. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various warehouse equipment safely. Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is an advantage. Basic understanding of inventory control practices and warehouse management systems. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team. Pay:
