This role ensures materials are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently to support operational productivity. Key Responsibilities Load and unload incoming and outgoing inventory Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment safely Put away stock in designated storage locations Pick inventory accurately to fulfill orders Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory counts Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Follow company safety policies and procedures Support other warehouse tasks as assigned Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver's license required Current forklift certification required (or ability to obtain upon hire) Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods Strong attention to detail and accuracy Dependable with strong work ethic Preferred Skills Prior warehouse experience Basic inventory or scanning system experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Work Environment Warehouse setting Frequent lifting, standing, and forklift operation May require overtime during peak periods
