We are currently hiring a Warehouse Associate for a prominent global energy technology firm located in Tallmadge, OH. Compensation includes weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package. The position offers a pay rate between $20 and $22 per hour with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. You will receive your pay every Friday, and there are chances to work overtime. By working 50 hours a week at the $22 hourly rate, your gross weekly earnings would reach $1,210.

Essential Requirements:

A GED or High School Diploma is mandatory. While not strictly required, holding DOT and IATA certifications is considered a plus.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a meticulous Warehouse Associate to assist with material handling, receiving, and shipping tasks within our busy facility. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of our global and domestic logistics operations.

Core Duties:

Manage the labeling, packing, and preparation of global and local shipments while strictly following regulatory standards and internal protocols. Verify the condition and accuracy of incoming goods to help maintain precise inventory records for the facility. Operate forklifts and various material handling tools to safely move freight. Ensure the team remains compliant with air freight and hazardous material regulations by utilizing IATA and DOT standards. Maintain accurate inventory levels and shipment tracking by inputting data into SAP and other software platforms.

Necessary Qualifications:

At least 3 years of professional background in logistics, shipping, receiving, or general warehouse operations. Familiarity with standard procedures for loading, packing, and receiving goods. Preference is given to candidates with IATA certification and a background in hazardous air shipments. Experience with trucking regulations and DOT shipping requirements. Capable of interpreting safety protocols, shipping paperwork, and operational instructions. Fundamental proficiency in record-keeping, mathematics, and computer usage. Completion of a GED or High School Diploma.
