At The Flowerman, we specialize in providing high-quality flowers to our customers through both wholesale and retail channels. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Team Member to join our warehouse team and help us deliver exceptional floral products to our clients and retail locations.

Responsibilities:

As a Warehouse Team Member, your key duties will include:

Processing Flowers:

Unpack, hydrate, and prepare fresh floral products upon arrival.

Quality Control:

Inspect flowers to ensure freshness, appearance, and quality standards are met.

Order Fulfillment:

Accurately pull orders for clients based on order sheets and packing instructions.

Product Preparation:

Prep floral items for sale for our retail location, including bunching, labeling, and packaging.

Warehouse Maintenance:

Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe, including cold storage units.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other team members to meet daily order and quality goals.

Requirements:

Prior experience working with flowers or perishable goods is a plus, but not required Ability to work in a non temperature controlled environment for extended periods Attention to detail and a strong sense of organization Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, lifting, standing) Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours during peak seasons (e.g. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day) How to
