Schedule:

Looking for Warehouse Order Associate jobs in Troy where every day keeps products moving? This opportunity lets you support warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while helping ensure orders are completed safely and accurately. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling. Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation. Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required. Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments. Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance. Job Duties Pick and pack automotive parts for shipment Use RF scanners to locate, verify, and process orders Operate a mouse cart throughout the warehouse Accurately count and verify inventory and customer orders Maintain productivity and quality standards Cross-train on warehouse equipment as needed Follow all safety procedures and work instructions Preferred Qualifications 6 months of previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred. Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Order Associate. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
