What It Takes:

High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience. At least 2 years of experience operating sit-down and stand-up material handling equipment (forks or ram). Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Able to withstand prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and reaching. Able to work in various environmental conditions, including temperature changes and noise. Willing to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends as needed.
