Position Overview We are seeking a reliable Picker / Warehouse Associate to accurately pick, stage, and move materials throughout the warehouse to support production and shipping operations. This position requires hands-on experience operating both high-reach and sit-down forklifts. Key Responsibilities Pick and locate materials according to work orders, pick lists, and production needs. Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track materials and inventory. Operate high-reach and sit-down forklifts to safely move, load, unload, and stage materials. Verify part numbers, quantities, and lot numbers for accuracy. Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including inspecting incoming materials for damage or discrepancies. Complete shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation accurately. Properly stack, wrap, and secure materials. Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements. Perform daily forklift inspections and report any equipment issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required:

High-reach forklift experience

Required:

Sit-down forklift experience Previous warehouse, picking, or material-handling experience. Forklift certification preferred. Experience with RF scanners preferred. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. High school diploma/GED.

Schedule:

1st Shift (1 opening): Monday-Thursday 7:00AM-4:15PM, Friday 7:00AM-12:00PM 2nd Shift (2 openings): Monday-Thursday 4:30PM-3:00AM (includes $1 shift differential)

Pay:
