Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily warehouse operations, with a strong focus on handling and organizing smallware, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a safe working environment. Tow motor experience is welcomed but not required, we are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities Receive incoming stock and materials Sort, verify, and restock smallware in designated areas Restock shelves and maintain organized inventory Pick stock accurately for customer orders Pack orders securely and efficiently Label packages for UPS, FedEx, or other carriers Palletize orders scheduled to ship via LTL Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse on a daily basis Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 50 lbs regularly Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety practices Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking, packing, and labeling Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily deadlines Basic computer or scanner skills for order processing (training provided) Reliable attendance and punctuality Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude Physical Requirements Forklift experince is a plus Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and twist for extended periods Ability to climb ladders or step stools as needed for stocking Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with variable temperatures Ability to operate or learn to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jack, tow motor) Manual dexterity for handling small items, packing materials, and labeling
