Job Description
Overview We are seeking a Warehouse IT Technician to provide on-site technical support for warehouse operations. This role ensures reliable operation of IT equipment and systems supporting daily logistics and fulfillment activities. Contract duration - 3 month with possible extension Shift Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Work Environment On-site warehouse support role May require occasional off-hours support for operational incidents Duties Provide on-site IT support for warehouse staff and operations Install and support PCs, handheld scanners, printers, and mobile devices Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues Support Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Warehouse Control System and related devices Maintain network and Wi-Fi connectivity across warehouse facilities Coordinate equipment repair and replacement with vendors Manage IT asset inventory and device setup for new users Work with corporate IT teams on escalations and improvements Requirements 2+ years of IT support experience (warehouse or logistics environment preferred) Preferred Qualifications Experience with Warehouse Management Systems Experience supporting logistics or distribution operations Experience supporting scanners, printers, and end-user devices Basic knowledge of networking and Windows environments Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Ability to work on-site in warehouse environments
