Friday Compensation Range:
$16.50•18.50 per hour.

In this position, you will learn how to run our Pre-roll machine, grind cannabis flower to prep for infusion process. Core Responsibilities Quality Control:
Carefully inspect materials to ensure they meet company standards and SOP's. Follow all policies regarding documentation for compliance.
Product Assembly:
Measure and assemble products to exact specifications, ensuring a uniform and clean final result.
Job Requirements:
Follow strict SOPs. Accurately weighing out product.
Workplace Maintenance:
Maintain a clean and organized workstation and follow all mandated safety protocols for a facility. This is our 1# priority.
Independent Execution:
Maintain consistent speed and accuracy while working at your designated workstation for the duration of the shift.
Role Requirements Mandatory Permit:
You must possess a valid Oregon Marijuana Worker Permit before your first day of work. (Applications without a permit will not be considered).
Accountability & Self-Management:
Strong personal responsibility to meet production targets; you will be held accountable for your output and must be able to manage yourself and your workflow independently .
Physical Endurements:
Ability to comfortably sit or stand continuously in one place for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
Strength Capacity:
Ability to safely lift, carry, and move boxes and material bins weighing up to 50 lbs unassisted.
Age Requirement:
Must be at least 21 years old to meet state regulatory requirements for cannabis industry workers.

Skill Expansion:
Learn advanced machinery operation, inventory logging, and facility compliance.
Leadership Track:
Outstanding entry-level performers will be considered for future Production Worker, Production Shift Lead, Fulfillment, and Assistant Manager. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
Experience Preferred:
Prior experience working in a cannabis facility, commercial assembly line, machine operator, or manufacturing environment is a plus. Strong punctuality and a history of reliable attendance in previous jobs (any industry). A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn commercial production processes.
Pay:
$16.50•$18.50 per hour Expected hours: 30.0•35.0 per week
