Overview:

A well-established lumber yard in Boring, Oregon is seeking dedicated, hardworking individuals for a Lumber Yard Associate position. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role in an outdoor environment. We are looking for reliable candidates interested in long-term employment as we continue to grow and implement new technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Pull and process lumber orders accurately along the production line Operate forklifts (sit-down and stand-up)•training available if needed Utilize scanners and tablets as part of the order fulfillment process Maintain a safe and organized work area Work collaboratively in a fully bilingual (Spanish-speaking) team environment

Requirements:

Must be bilingual in Spanish Comfortable lifting heavy materials throughout the day Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Steel-toed boots required (all other PPE provided) Willingness to learn and use new technology Forklift experience preferred but not required Must have prior Lumber experience
