Job Description:

Ground Crew members travel to various cell tower sites and perform general labor and support tasks including: Trenching and conduit installation Pouring and finishing concrete pads Site clean-up and landscape removal Material staging and equipment handling Supporting tower technicians and climbers on-site This is a field-based position that requires extensive weekday travel and working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Qualifications:

18+ years of age Valid Driver's License (Required) Able to attend Monday 8:00 AM safety meetings in Clackamas 100% travel during the workweek (overnight stays often required) Basic skills with hand and power tools Reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated Positive, team-oriented attitude Physically capable of lifting 60+ lbs and working long hours outside Willing to travel and work overtime as needed Able to follow instructions and communicate effectively Must be able to pass safety training and obtain required certifications Prior construction/labor experience preferred
