Key Responsibilities:

Load, unload, move, and organize structural steel and metal materials throughout the facility using forklifts, cranes, and other material handling equipment. Accurately pull and stage materials for fabrication and production teams according to work orders and project requirements. Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for quality, accuracy, and damage. Maintain inventory accuracy by tracking materials, updating records, and assisting with cycle counts. Safely secure and transport heavy structural materials while following company safety procedures. Assist with receiving, shipping, and warehouse organization to maintain efficient workflow. Collaborate with fabrication, welding, and production teams to ensure materials are available to meet production schedules. Operate hand tools, measuring devices, and material handling equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to workplace safety standards. Promptly report equipment issues, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns to supervisors.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior warehouse, material handling, or structural steel experience is a plus. Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred. Ability to read work orders, material lists, and basic blueprints. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding industrial environment. Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills. Strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work overtime or varying shifts as needed.

Compensation:

• $25-$30/hour DOE (Depending on Experience).
