Job Summary:

General Automotive is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position will be responsible for picking/packing orders & receiving/stocking incoming freight.

Essential Duties:

Prepare orders for outgoing delivery Receive & stock incoming freight (unload delivery trucks, scan product into inventory, stock product onto proper shelf/pallet space) Pick and pack orders in an efficient & precise manner Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization; including the use of equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks (dependent on certifications & experience) Follow all safety policies and procedures in accordance with company guidelines and OSHA regulations Requirements Clean background check 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment 50 lb. lifting requirement Qualifications Experience with order picking and packing (Required) Experience with freight receiving & stocking (Required) Forklift experience (Preferred) Pallet jack or hand truck experience (Preferred) Reliable & Punctual Strong work ethic Motivated to complete tasks with accuracy Proactive communication Basic computer skills Basic math Team player Desired Traits Attention to detail Quick learner Gets along well with others Auto Parts knowledge General Automotive Supply Co. offers hands-on training, employee discounts, paid time off, and a consistent Monday-Friday work schedule.
