Job Title:
Warehouse Specialist Summary Responsible for execution of all daily functions of the warehouse including but not limited to: inventory control, inventory transfers, receiving, and shipping Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Ÿ Responsible for checking orders that have been picked for accurate quantity/part #/vendor markings Ÿ Responsible for accurately Packing/preparing/scheduling orders for customers Ÿ Responsible for accurate labeling and movement of inventory Ÿ Responsible for checking in/sorting/receiving air and sea freight Ÿ Responsible for keeping a clean and organized workspace Ÿ Responsible for completing Inventory Control Forms accurately and on time Ÿ Responsible for being knowledgeable of and following all Warehouse ISO procedures Ÿ Responsible for completing month/Quarter/year-end inventory counts Ÿ Responsible for problem solving inventory variances Ÿ Responsible for utilizing SAP and the Warehouse Management Software, N'Ware, for all warehouse transactions
