What You'll Do:

Pick and pack outbound orders accurately and efficiently Verify product against order details and shipping documentation Label shipments according to carrier and customer specifications Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all required documentation is included Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely during shipping tasks Use scanners to process outbound items and update system records Organize and stage shipments for carrier pickup and meet shipping deadlines Maintain clean, organized, and safe shipping areas Monitor and replenish shipping supplies as needed Support wave picking, cross-docking, and interdepartmental transfers Participate in company meetings and training sessions Perform other duties as assigned by management

What You Bring:

High School diploma or equivalent 2+ years of warehouse or shipping experience preferred Forklift experience preferred Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook); Sage/WMS experience a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
