• 25 per hour (DOE) Full-time, year-round work Supportive and experienced management team Paid training and education assistance Career growth and advancement opportunities Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) with up to 4% employer match Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time Paid uniform What You'll Be Doing Pull, stage, and restock inventory Load/unload trucks and supplier deliveries Deliver parts and equipment to job sites Check in shipments and maintain accurate inventory Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe Assist install/service teams as needed Follow safety procedures What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (must be insurable) Ability to lift up to 100 lbs Mechanical aptitude and ability to safely use hand and power tools Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to follow directions and work independently Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions Previous warehouse, construction, or trade experience preferred (not required) Willingness to learn and participate in training opportunities Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
