• Wood Products Manufacturing PrideStaff, a recruiting firm specializing in staffing for Central Oregon businesses, is recruiting for an entry level wood products Manufacturing Associate for a certified zero waste wood products supply facility in Prineville, OR.

Job Responsibilities:

Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments of wood products and materials Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the warehouse Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks Inspect wood products for quality and report any defects or issues Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment Assist with general warehouse maintenance and upkeep as needed Follow proper lifting techniques and safety guidelines when handling heavy materials Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding inventory levels, order status, and any operational issues

Skills Required:

Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly Familiarity with wood products and lumber terminology a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment Team player with good communication skills Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Basic math skills for inventory counts and order processing Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA regulations in a warehouse setting Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Flexibility to work overtime or weekend shifts as needed PrideStaff can offer you a wide-range of rewarding career options.
