Job Description

Summary of the
Position:
The primary responsibility is to deliver beer, merchandise, and other goods to our world-class restaurants. Excellent customer service skills are required, and a willingness to do what is required for effective and efficient operations. Our operations embrace a continuous improvement mentality. Key Accountabilities:
  • Delivery Driver / Internal Transport and Logistics Ops
  • Warehouse work to include picking/verify orders of Beer for internal customers
  • Pick, verify, and transport orders of raw material and packaging for operations
  • Create an unmatched customer experience across all departments
  • Do whatever is required to keep operations running smoothly
  • Opportunities exist for additional training, licenses, and certifications
Safety :
The Safety of our staff, vendors and customers is paramount
  • Receive additional training on safe lifting, equipment, chemical handling, transportation, forklift and warehousing.
  • Be respectful of everyone in a high-functioning, fast-moving.
Able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours. Must be able to lift, handle, and carry food, supply, small wares, equipment, and paper goods at a minimum of 50 pounds constantly, and up to 100 pounds occasionally. Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and squat on a frequent basis to receive and store stock, supplies and equipment. Must be able to work in an environment subject to loud noises from machinery, fumes, odors, dust, and smoke. The work is often done driving for extended continuous periods of time under 4 hours. Work is at ambient temperature and conditions can fluctuate with the North Coast seasons.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
High School Diploma Clean MVR required. Class C. Valid Driver's License 1 to 3 years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of both Brewery experience helpful Mechanical aptitude helpful
