Overview Our Warehouse Associates play an integral role in our day-to-day operations, helping fulfill e-commerce, wholesale, and retail orders for the brands we support. This position is hands-on and fast-paced, with responsibilities across order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and general warehouse operations. We're looking for dependable, self-motivated team members who work well with others, pay attention to detail, and take pride in keeping orders accurate and the warehouse organized. Roles & Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare e-commerce orders for shipment Pick and pack wholesale orders Receive, unload, organize, and put away inbound inventory Use warehouse and shipping software to process orders and inventory Perform inventory counts and help identify and reconcile discrepancies Stock and organize product throughout the warehouse Safely operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow established quality-control and shipping procedures Work with the warehouse team to meet daily fulfillment deadlines and productivity goals Qualifications Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or receiving experience preferred Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Comfortable using computers, tablets/iPads, scanners, and basic technology Basic math and data-entry skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn Experience with warehouse management or shipping software is a plus We're looking for people who want to be part of a growing operation and contribute to a team focused on accuracy, efficiency, and delivering a great experience for the brands and customers we support.
