Bernville, PA Pay Rate:
$16.25 per hour
Schedule:

Requirements:
Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions Comfortable performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, reaching, standing, and walking for extended periods Ability to work in a busy warehouse environment with varying noise levels Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics is preferred but not required
Job Duties:
Pick and pack orders accurately, including repack operations Prepare shipments (small parcel and LTL), build pallets, and load trucks Receive incoming shipments, unload using a pallet jack, and stock inventory Perform replenishment, cycle counting, and component sorting Maintain organized inventory and clean work areas Follow safety procedures and meet productivity standards
