Bernville, PA Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with associates and client contacts Support onboarding and check-in processes while providing ongoing communication Monitor attendance and performance, offering coaching and recognition as needed Identify and resolve issues, acting as a liaison between associates and the client Source, place, and retain talent based on client workforce needs Qualifications Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing role Strong communication and critical-thinking skills High attention to detail and the ability to multitask Empathetic and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving High school diploma or GED required Ability to walk frequently in a large facility and adapt to a warehouse environment What's In It for You Competitive salary Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits Career development and internal growth opportunities Work Environment This role is based on site at a warehouse facility.
