As our warehouse and shipping operations continue to grow and expand , we're looking for a dependable, motivated Warehouse & Shipping Technician to join our Bridgeville team. What You'll Do Receive, inspect, stock, and organize incoming medical equipment and supplies. Pick, pack, prepare, and process products for shipment and delivery. Assist with shipping and receiving activities while ensuring orders are accurate and complete. Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments. Maintain organized inventory and assist with inventory counts and reconciliation. Prepare medical equipment and supplies for delivery to customers and other company locations. Complete shipping, receiving, and delivery documentation accurately. Update inventory and order information within company computer systems. Coordinate with other departments to help ensure products and supplies move through the operation efficiently. Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, as needed; training will be provided. Assist with deliveries and pickups when necessary. Help maintain company vehicles, warehouse equipment, and work areas. Follow company safety procedures, infection-control practices, and applicable regulatory requirements. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Support additional warehouse, shipping, and operational projects as the department continues to grow. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes pride in doing things correctly, works well with others, and understands that even behind-the-scenes work can have a direct impact on patient care.
The ideal candidate will have:
A strong work ethic and dependable attendance. A positive, team-oriented attitude. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities. Comfort performing physically active work throughout the day. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn company systems. The ability to accurately follow shipping, inventory, and safety procedures. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Mechanical aptitude or experience using basic hand tools is a plus. Forklift experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, inventory, logistics, distribution, or healthcare is preferred but not required. Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per week
