Job Summary:

We're looking for a hardworking and motivated warehouse associate to ensure quality packaging to support our Government Defense Team at our home facility in Butler, PA. In this role, you will handle the logistics of receiving, processing, storing, and sending inventory according to purchase orders and shipping schedules. You must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work on your feet. Paying attention to detail is a key quality to have.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect incoming freight for missing or lost items and damage; report concerns to the supervisor before receiving shipments Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided if necessary) Load and offload trailers according to work instructions Conduct brief inventory checks, maintain accurate records, and communicate shipping delays Place received items into proper warehouse locations Prepare items for packaging and shipping, ensuring secure packing and labeling Pack out orders, check for accuracy, and photograph as directed by the supervisor Manage cardboard and trash disposal Operate safely and maintain material handling equipment, adhering to all safety requirements Keep warehouse spaces clean and well organized

Skills and Qualifications:

You MUST be able to pass a background check and drug test for this position High school diploma or GED Warehouse knowledge Basic computer skills in Excel and Word Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Good filing and tracking skills Ability to lift 50 lbs.
