Technician / General
Laborer to join our team! This is the ideal position for someone who is handy, enjoys physical work, and isn't afraid of a hard day's work while looking to build a career. In this role, you will work on residential and light commercial projects to improve indoor air quality, working both independently and as part of a high-energy team. Whether you come from a construction, HVAC, or professional cleaning background, we provide the training you need to excel in the restoration industry.
What We Offer Competitive Pay:
$19-$20/hour plus eligibility for over $200 per month in bonuses .
Stability:
Guaranteed minimum of 35 hours per week! We have NEVER done a seasonal layoff.
Schedule:
M-F Daytime Shifts (Enjoy your weekends!).

Duties & Responsibilities Dispatch:
Report for work at our location in Carnegie, PA , and take a company vehicle to the job site.
Execution:
Assess the job site and execute the provided scope of work.
Remediation:
Conduct treatments for mold and air quality issues. This consists of approximately 50% demolition/material removal and 50% specialized cleaning.
Communication:
Maintain a professional demeanor while communicating with customers and management.
Requirements Resilience:
Comfortable working in various residential environments, including basements, crawlspaces, and attics.
Physical Ability:
Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (demolition, cleaning, etc.).
Safety:
Able to work with proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including respirators.
Background:
Must have a clean criminal history and a clean driving record.
Attitude:
A positive, "can-do" attitude and strong communication skills. Current Valid Driver's License is required.
