Powersports Monkey, LLC is an eCommerce company that handles all of the shipping and receiving needs of our customers nationwide. We provide parts, accessories, and apparel to the Powersports industry. This Fulfillment Center is a fast-paced environment, focused on getting our customers their products in a timely and accurate manner.Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operations Associate to join our team. This position involves a variety of tasks to support warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and organizing inventory. Responsibilities include picking orders, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable of lifting heavy items, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position consisting of four weekdays (with one flexible weekday off) and every Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM. The warehouse operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM.Please note:
Saturday hours are compensated at an additional $1 per hour.Daily Responsibilities:
- Use RF-Smart warehouse inventory system and handheld device to pick orders and receive inventory
- Unload delivery vehicles
- Re-stock inventory manually or with warehouse equipment
- Operate handling equipment according to industrial safety regulations
- Adhere to health and safety policies and quality standards
- Perform general warehouse duties as necessary
- Meet daily productivity metrics
Additional Responsibilities:
- Pre-package product for shipping
- Audit inventory with regular cycle counts
- Help with open and close activities such as making sure lights and heat are turned off and doors locked.

- The ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
- The ability to make decisions, problem-solve, prioritize
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Being adept at seeing the "big picture" as well the small details
- Functions and operates comfortably in a very active fast-paced environment
- Timely and regular physical attendance is required
Working Conditions:
- Warehouse environment, exposure to varying temperatures
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
