Job Description
Position Overview Keystone Novelties is seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our warehouse team as Re-Pack Associates. In this role, you will inspect, sort, repackage, label, and prepare products for distribution while maintaining quality and accuracy standards. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in producing quality results. Responsibilities Repackage products according to company standards and specifications. Inspect products for damage, defects, or packaging issues. Apply labels, stickers, and packaging materials accurately. Sort and organize inventory for repacking and shipment. Maintain accurate counts and documentation of repacked items. Build, seal, and stack boxes and pallets for storage or shipping. Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous warehouse experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Pallet jack experience is a plus.
