Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and reliable General Laborer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will perform a variety of physical tasks essential to the production process, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, adhere strictly to safety standards, and demonstrate a proactive approach to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. This position is Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm at $20/hr. Responsibilities Assist with the assembly, packaging, and movement of materials and products within the production area Operate basic machinery and tools following established safety protocols Conduct heavy lifting safely to transport raw materials or finished goods as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency Use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly at all times during work activities Follow safety standards in production processes, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines Support team members in meeting production targets by performing assigned tasks diligently Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to supervisors Assist with inventory management by organizing supplies and materials Requirements Proven mechanical knowledge or experience working in a manufacturing environment Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently Familiarity with safety standards in production environments, including GMP compliance Knowledge of personal protective equipment (PPE) use and maintenance Strong physical stamina and endurance for repetitive manual tasks Willingness to follow detailed instructions and adhere strictly to safety procedures Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is preferred but not mandatory If you are physically capable, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing team, we encourage you to apply today.
