Overview Join our dynamic fulfillment center team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced logistics operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate order fulfillment, efficient materials handling, and smooth warehouse distribution. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a safe and organized environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management, heavy equipment operation, and logistics processes. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to pick, pack, and process orders accurately Perform order picking tasks with precision to meet shipping deadlines Handle materials with care during stocking, inventory management, and quality control checks Assist in shipping and receiving functions by verifying incoming shipments and preparing outgoing orders Maintain a clean, organized workspace by properly storing stock and managing inventory levels Support warehouse supervisor in daily operations, including load & unload activities and ensuring safety protocols are followed Requirements Prior experience in warehouse distribution or similar environment preferred but not required; training provided Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, RF scanners, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery safely Mechanical knowledge or experience with heavy equipment operation is a plus Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, load & unload tasks, and long periods of standing or walking Excellent attention to detail for order fulfillment, quality control, and inventory accuracy Basic understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar software tools Ability to work effectively in a team environment with good communication skills Prior experience in shipping & receiving or warehouse supervision is advantageous Join us today to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in logistics!
