Job Description

Overview Join our team as a Warehouse Associate and become an important part of our fast-paced warehouse and logistics operation. In this role, you will assist with daily warehouse operations, including receiving products, moving boxes, organizing inventory, loading and unloading trucks, picking orders, packing, labeling, and preparing shipments. Your positive attitude, responsibility, and attention to detail will help keep the warehouse running efficiently, safely, and in an organized manner. This position is a good fit for someone who is willing to perform physical warehouse work, can adapt to a fast-paced environment, and is looking for stable employment. We value safety, teamwork, and efficiency, and we will provide the necessary on-the-job training. Responsibilities Assist with daily warehouse tasks, including moving, organizing, and placing products in the correct areas. Move boxes, stack products, organize pallets, and help keep the warehouse clean and orderly. Assist with loading and unloading trucks, containers, and pallets. Follow supervisor instructions to complete receiving, shipping, sorting, packing, labeling, replenishment, and other warehouse tasks. Use pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other basic warehouse tools to help move products. Assist with picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment according to order requirements. Check the condition of product cartons and report any damages, shortages, or issues to the supervisor. Follow warehouse safety rules and use proper lifting and handling methods to prevent product damage and injuries. Complete other warehouse-related tasks assigned by the supervisor. Experience and Requirements Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, moving, loading/unloading, or similar environment is preferred but not required. On-the-job training will be provided. Must be able to perform physical work, including standing for long periods, walking, bending, lifting boxes, and loading or unloading products. Must be able to follow supervisor instructions, work well with the team, and complete assigned tasks. Basic counting and product-checking skills are required, including the ability to count quantities, check labels, and verify product information. Must be responsible, reliable, and have a good work attitude. Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Experience using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment is a plus, but not required. This position does not require computer or software experience. The main responsibilities are physical warehouse operations and general warehouse labor. This position is ideal for individuals who are proactive, willing to perform hands-on warehouse work, able to lift and move products, and ready to work as part of a team. $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
