How You'll Make An Impact The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse execution through accurate material handling, inventory control, and shipping and receiving activities while maintaining safety and operational standards. Execute daily warehouse activities including receiving, staging, picking, packing, and shipping materials Delivering material/equipment to and from jobsites to assist with the timely completion of jobs Delivery/staging of heavy equipment Verify incoming shipments for accuracy, condition, and proper documentation Prepare outbound shipments with correct labeling, packaging, and carrier documentation Perform inventory transactions including receipts, transfers, adjustments, and cycle counts Maintain accurate inventory records within the WMS/ERP system Assist with physical inventory counts and reconciliation of discrepancies Monitor stock levels and report shortages, overages, or damaged materials Support workflow planning by prioritizing tasks based on inbound deliveries and shipping schedules Maintain clean, organized, and efficient work areas in alignment with safety and 5S standards Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement related to material flow or layout Support operational reporting, documentation, and data entry as needed Assist with onboarding and training of new team members on standard operating procedures (without supervisory responsibility) Property grounds upkeeping What You Bring 2-3 years of hands-on warehouse or distribution center experience CDL strongly preferred Working knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP platforms Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (or willingness to become certified) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required by the role Understanding of warehouse safety practices and OSHA guidelines Dependable, accountable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment About Us GreenArrow unites exceptional infrastructure services companies across the United States to deliver safer, smarter, and more efficient solutions for our communities.
