Job Description
We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our production / warehouse assembly team in Exton, PA. If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and have a strong work ethic, this position offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Assembly and Manufacturing:
- Perform assembly tasks according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Assemble, test, and package products efficiently and accurately.
- Operate machinery and equipment as needed for the assembly process.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 70 pounds) 2.
Quality Control :
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Identify and report any defects or issues with products.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace to support quality control efforts.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy 3.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to ensure smooth workflow.
Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company safety protocols.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly to supervisors.
Equipment Maintenance:
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment.
- Notify maintenance personnel of any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs.
- Ensure proper care and storage of tools and equipment.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced and any issues encountered.
- Complete production reports and documentation as required.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes.
