Job Description

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our production / warehouse assembly team in Exton, PA. If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and have a strong work ethic, this position offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Assembly and Manufacturing:
  • Perform assembly tasks according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Assemble, test, and package products efficiently and accurately.
  • Operate machinery and equipment as needed for the assembly process.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 70 pounds) 2.
Quality Control :
  • Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Identify and report any defects or issues with products.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace to support quality control efforts.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy 3.
Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to ensure smooth workflow.

Safety Compliance:
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company safety protocols.
  • Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly to supervisors.

Equipment Maintenance:
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment.
  • Notify maintenance personnel of any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs.
  • Ensure proper care and storage of tools and equipment.

Record Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced and any issues encountered.
  • Complete production reports and documentation as required.
Qualifications :
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
  • Basic math and measurement skills.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes.
