Exton, PA (In-Person) Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and versatile Warehouse Associate who can support daily warehouse operations and serve as a box truck driver on an as-needed basis. This is a hands-on role for someone who is flexible, safety-focused, and comfortable switching between warehouse duties and delivery driving when required. The ideal candidate enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping operations organized and running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Operate a box truck for local deliveries on an as-needed basis Load, secure, transport, and unload materials safely and efficiently Assist with organizing, stocking, and maintaining warehouse inventory Use a forklift to move pallets and materials throughout the facility (required) Support order picking, packing, and staging for shipments Help maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment Assist with basic machine operation as needed (training provided where applicable) Perform routine equipment and vehicle checks before and after use Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times Communicate with supervisors regarding inventory issues, equipment concerns, or delivery delays Requirements Valid driver's license with clean driving record Forklift experience required Ability to operate or learn warehouse machinery and equipment Previous warehouse experience strongly preferred Box truck or delivery driving experience required Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds regularly Strong attention to detail and organization skills Reliable, flexible, and willing to take on varied tasks throughout the shift Must pass background checks as required by company policy
