Shipping and Receiving Associate Job Description We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Shipping and Receiving Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, sorting through inventory, and picking and packaging products. Responsibilities Load and unload trucks efficiently. Sort TJX products for shipment. Pull and check orders accurately. Lift boxes weighing up to 50lbs consistently throughout the day. Essential Skills Experience in general labor roles. Ability to consistently lift 50lbs. Capability to work in a fast-paced environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Prior experience in a distribution center is a plus. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairless Hills, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
