The warehouse workers will be responsible for preparing customer orders for shipment, moving material to designated areas within the warehouse, loading and unloading trucks on a daily basis, and building/ breaking down pallets. Prior experience working in a warehouse environment, comfortable lifting up to 75lbs on a consistent basis, and completing general labor tasks will be required to be considered for this job opportunity. Responsibilities Fill and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and in a timely manner. Operate heavy equipment, including cranes, forklifts, and processing machinery, in a safe and efficient manner. Load and unload materials from trucks, storage areas, and production lines. Handle and move materials throughout the facility using appropriate material handling equipment. Lift materials weighing up to 75 pounds on occasion while following safe lifting practices. Support general labor tasks within production and warehouse areas as needed. Follow all safety programs and procedures with zero tolerance for unsafe practices. Actively participate in safety culture by consistently discussing safety, observing work practices, and reporting hazards. Assist in the investigation and documentation of injuries, accidents, and losses as required. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area. Follow shift schedules and work overtime, afternoon, or evening hours as required based on business needs and shift assignment. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate loading, unloading, and material flow. Essential Skills High School Diploma or GED. Mental alertness and adaptability to both office and field/plant work routines. Ability to safely operate heavy equipment such as cranes, forklifts, and processing machinery. Capability to lift up to 75 pounds on occasion. Strong attention to detail when filling and preparing customer orders for shipment. Ability to perform general labor and material handling tasks in a production environment. Willingness and ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift as assigned. Ability to work overtime and flexible hours, including afternoons and evenings, based on operational needs. Commitment to following safety rules and procedures at all times Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairless Hills, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
