Responsibilities include picking and packing customer orders, as well as assisting in shipping operations. This role requires attention to detail, time management skills, and the flexibility to work across different warehouse departments as needed to meet company demands. This position works four ten hour shifts Thursday through Sunday with Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday off. General Responsibilities Sort, label, and stock inventory accurately in designated warehouse locations. Pick items to fulfill customer orders using established procedures. Pack and secure shipments to ensure safe delivery to customers. Support shipping operations by staging and processing outgoing packages. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment. Follow safety procedures and report any hazards or issues to management. Support other warehouse departments as assigned during peak periods or based on business needs. Required Qualifications Familiarity with basic computer functions and web browser navigation. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Ability to stand or walk for extended periods. Ability to bend, reach, and push a wheeled cart. Availability for additional hours during high-volume periods. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or fulfillment operation. Familiarity with handheld scanners and/or tablet-based inventory tools.
