Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Pick and Pack Associate, where your energy and precision will drive our order fulfillment process! In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment, ensuring timely delivery to our customers. Your expertise in warehouse management systems, heavy equipment operation, and materials handling will contribute to seamless warehouse distribution operations. Duties Efficiently pick items using order picker equipment and RF scanners to fulfill customer orders accurately. Pack products securely using proper packaging techniques to prevent damage during transit. Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks to load and unload shipments safely. Maintain inventory accuracy through stock replenishment, stocking, and stock rotation within the warehouse management system. Conduct quality control checks on picked items to ensure order accuracy and product integrity. Assist with warehouse organization, including loading/unloading materials and maintaining a clean workspace. Qualifications Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in picking & packing, order fulfillment, and warehouse distribution. Experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during load & unload activities. Strong mechanical aptitude with an understanding of materials handling equipment operation. Previous experience in shipping & receiving or quality control is preferred. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in order picking & packing processes.
