Freight Breakers LLC seeks reliable and motivated team members to join our Box Loader/Unloader team in Frackville, PA. Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently loading and unloading boxes in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Loading Duties:

Hand-load boxes from a conveyor onto trailers Scan boxes into the trailer using a handheld scanner Move cages to and from staging areas Ensure loads are completed quickly, safely, neatly, and accurately

Unloading Duties:

Unload boxes from floor-loaded trailers onto a conveyor Scan incoming boxes Sort and place boxes into cages Pay Structure This is a performance-based position: Paid per case loaded/unloaded Higher productivity means higher earnings Team efficiency directly impacts your pay Schedule 1st

Shift:
