The General Laborer will support metal fabrication operations with precise part prep, basic equipment operation, in-process inspection, and material flow. This role requires strong attention to detail, safe work habits, and the ability to follow written specifications in a fast, clean, and organized environment.
Essential Functions:

Equipment Operation:
Safely operate basic shop equipment and hand tools.
Inspection:
Visually inspect parts for defects (cracks, pits, incomplete welds) and report issues.
Material Flow:
Move and stage product to the correct areas with accurate identification.
QualitySafety:
Work to established quality standards; follow all safety procedures and housekeeping (5S) practices.
Coordination:
Prioritize tasks and communicate with management; support teammates as needed.
Other Duties:
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education:
High School/GED Experience in manufacturing preferred, but not required. We will train the right person.
