Warehouse Associate Fairmount Snacks Havertown, PA Job Details Part-time $15 - $24 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Packing Basic math High school diploma or GED Warehouse experience Picking & packing Full Job Description Base Pay This role has a minimum base pay from $15.00 per hour with higher starting pay available based on experience. Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to manage inventory intake and prepare loads for our vending routes. In this hands-on role, you will receive incoming drink and snack shipments, track and organize inventory, and accurately load trucks for daily route deliveries. This position is essential to ensuring our vending machines are always stocked with fresh, popular products. Timing This shift would start at approx. 5 pm and would last 2-4 hours depending on the business needs. Duties Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments of snacks and vending supplies Accurately record and update inventory levels using our tracking system Organize and store products in the warehouse following FIFO (first-in, first-out) rotation to maintain freshness Pick and pack orders based on route requirements Load trucks securely and efficiently for vending route drivers Perform regular inventory counts and report any discrepancies or low stock Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Assist with basic warehouse maintenance and equipment operation (e.g., pallet jacks) Follow all food safety and handling guidelines Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or loading roles (experience in vending or food distribution a plus) Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs repeatedly Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic math and computer skills for inventory tracking Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred If you're hardworking, enjoy physical work, and want to be part of keeping our community snacked and satisfied, apply today!
