Overview We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as General Laborers. In this energetic role, supporting daily operations with hands-on tasks that keep production running smoothly. Your contribution will help ensure safety, efficiency, and quality in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist with the assembly, packaging, and movement of materials within the production area Operate basic machinery and tools following safety protocols and standard operating procedures Lift, carry, and position heavy materials or products safely, adhering to safety standards in production Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace to promote safety and efficiency Support team members in meeting daily production goals while following GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge or experience working with tools and machinery is preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively throughout the shift Familiarity with safety standards in production environments and the use of PPE Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is a plus but not required Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality as key qualities Willingness to learn safety procedures and adhere strictly to GMP standards Driver's license is preferred but not required We're dedicated to fostering a safe, energetic, and supportive environment where every team member can thrive.
