Hours:
4x10-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 5:00 PM), Monday-Friday with every other Thursday or Friday off Overview The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, moving, staging, and shipping products accurately and safely. This role helps keep inventory organized, orders fulfilled on time, and the warehouse clean and efficient through consistent material handling, quality checks, and adherence to operational and safety procedures. Responsibilities Perform shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling activities
Pick, pack, stage, and distribute products in accordance with company procedures
Accurately receive, store, and track inventory using Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP systems
Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
Operate warehouse equipment including sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, and pallet jacks
Ensure products are labeled, stored, and handled according to regulatory requirements
Coordinate shipments and work with carriers to ensure timely deliveries
Maintain a clean, organized, and GMP-compliant warehouse environment
Follow all safety procedures and quality standards Requirements HS degree, or BS degree
Minimum 2 years of warehouse, logistics, distribution, or material handling experience
GDP (Good Distribution Practice) experience is a must
GMP or quality-regulated warehouse experience is a plus
Experience with shipping and receiving operations
Forklift operating experience (certification not required)
Inventory control and material handling experience
Experience utilizing Oracle, SAP, or a similar ERP system
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
